"Business class is wasted on the lefties?" What does that even mean???

I gave up trying to figure out what "Business class is wasted on the lefties" means. Instead, I tried to figure out why Vaughn thought Winslow had "all that time" to come up with a plan. (Not that Vaughn came up with a plan himself.)
8/9 - W first notices C missing. 1st picture of C behind bars.
8/10 - Sunday- Olympic mascot w/ ball and chain.
8/11 - V concerned about missing C. W not concerned. Another picture of C behind bars.
8/12 - V realizes C was had been carrying Tibetan flag.
8/13 - V wants to search for C, but W only concerned about his "event".
8/14 - W and V somehow find out C was arrested.
8/15 - W immediately springs into action w/ "hat" plan.
8/16 - W and V use hats to get into prison camp/factory and find C. (cliffhanger!)
8/17 - Sunday Magic! W participats in non-existent event, and C is not in prison.
8/18 - C is now a socialist or commie.
8/19 - W and V walk right out of prison with C, despite no longer having their invisibility hats.
8/20 - V blames W for C's arrest.
8/21 - W and V at airport. C hidden in luggage.
8/22 - V criticizes W's plan, even though it seems to have worked.

So even though this Carmen-arrested story has been dragging on for two weeks, Winslow did not have "all that time" to come up with his plan. I hate Vaughn. He worse than cousin Oliver and Scrappy Doo combined.

After the non sequitur of 8/19 nothing makes sense. If Carmen was imprisoned by the Commies for a week (or whatever it was in cartoon time), and got brainwashed, wouldn't it be logical to conclude that McCain, who was imprisoned by the Commies for 5 years, would be the Manchurian candidate, not Obama?


Actually one thing is logical in this storyline. After 7 and a half years of seeing the pillars of her world view crumble with the failings of Bush, Cheney, et al, she would be completely adrift, looking for anything to cling to. So it's only logical that she could be so easily brainwashed.
