Remember in 2000 when the state of Texas defied the constitution by casting their electoral votes for a president and vice president from their state? (Because Cheney successfully pretended to live in Wyoming.) I'm sure Stantis will be doing something along that line...

Oh, oh, and then there was that whole thing about the Supreme Court deciding Florida for Bush but making it really clear that it was not a constitutional interpretation that did not set a precedent, just a one-time political favor. Is Scottie going to teach us all about that?
Or is this going to be some pathetic "see, just as the constitution doesn't give 8-year-old girls the right to hang out with coyotes, it doesn't give adults the right to marry other adults of the same gender" lecture from our favorite neo-con conservative affirmative action comic?
