Friendly Fire

TODAY'S STRIP

John McCain, the questionable friend, has won 62.7% of the vote in the 40 primaries held this year.

According to the latest polls
, if the election were held today, John McCain, the questionable friend, would beat either Obama or the lady Clinton. (No, not literally! But really, could he actual perform a physical beating without lifting his arms above shoulder level? It's an established fact that women on the whole (unlike ham off the bone) have a greater lower-body strength than men, so if it were reduced to that based upon his upper-body condition, I suppose even Hillary could inflict some fair amount of damage. We're in the process of running simulations at the Shrubville lab on the SV2K8, so hopefully we can get those to you in case you need a tiebreaker when choosing between candidates.)

In fact, in this country of laws, it is John McCain - not the lady Clinton nor the Obama - who has put his name on an amici curiae brief just this week.

While the Obama may have friends like Tony "Slum Landlord" Rezko and the lady Clinton friends like Marc "Richie" Rich, John McCain - he's a friend of the American Constitution.

With friends like that, as they say, who needs bulletproof vests.

I think you misspelled the name of McCain's friend - it's actually "Charles Keating."

Look at the arms in the second frame. Carmen's arm looks like an oragutan's. Winslow's arm is sticking out of the side of his head! That may be the worst drawing of Winslow ever.
