The Tracks of My Tears
As predicted by anyone who is anyone in Prickly City Prognostication Circles, Stantis references Hillary Clinton's "tears" in New Hampshire which "helped" her "win" the Primary in an amazing "comeback."
I was tired and bored of today's strip when we all envisioned it coming two weeks ago.
For the sake of Shrubville and, in fact, humanity-at-large, please support Barack Obama in your state's primary
If Hillary Clinton is the nominee we will have to endure a daily dose of Scott's limp-dick, bitter hatred.

And another MLK Day goes by without mention in Prickly City.
Comments
So many people have a visceral hatred of Hillary Clinton that there is no way she can win in November. None. And I also resent people who assume that women will come out in droves for her, seeing as I am a woman and all.
For example, I didn't notice Illinois women coming out in droves for Judy Baar Topinka in order to "make history" and show little girls that they, too, could go to prison for corruption.

Funny, but didn't Senator Monsieur Lurch and Vice President Nobleprize get the nods in 04 and 00, respectively, because of their 'electability'? How'd that work out? It worked out well, I imagine, it must have, if that's the path being taken once again.

Ah, but Sacki, Al Gore was elected!
I agree with you, actually. The candidate I've supported in the primary has never gone on to get the nomination, usually because the party wants someone more "electable" than, say, John Glenn or Paul Simon or Bill Bradley. Supposedly, Clinton is this year's "electable" candidate. I do not see it.

I don't know why Hillary is considered electable either. Obama seems to be much more so. But regarding Clinton, I just read Chris's post and he said that really struck me. One of the things he wrote said that it is ridiculous to think that all of the scandals of the Bill Clinton administration WON'T be dug up again if Hillary gets nominated. And that's really true.

It actually takes a liberal to criticize Hillary Clinton effectively: Lalo Alcaraz did it so much better in La Cucaracha today. Positioned right below Stantis' lame effort in the L.A. Times.
