Like a Floating Elephant

TODAY'S STRIP

Once upon a night, your politics so Right
The liberals you'd fight for the littlest slight, wouldn't you?
Shrubville wrote, said, "beware dope, you'll hang with your own rope"
You thought we were all kiddin' you
You used to joke about
Democrats who could only shout
Now you don't talk so loud
Now you don't seem so proud
About having to be scrounging for your next strip.

How does it sit
How does it sit
To be so discontent
Your career in steep descent
Like a floating elephant?

Nice.

What's awesome is that Stantis is just now figuring out that his beloved Republican policies just aren't working. Guess that's what happens when you go all-in with the son of one of our lamest presidents ever.

Three days in row: the same lame-ass "joke" with a slightly different picture. Couldn't he at least tie in Winslow's desire to fly with Carmen's floating around in the air? That could almost be considered part of an "ongoing storyline".

Next week, though, Stantis can do strips about the horrible liberal radio host who calls Carmen a nappy-headed ho. Thank goodness for next week!

Oh, and maybe we'll get something about Winslow trying to find out if he's Anna Nicole's baby-daddy.
