Good Gawd, this turned from Fuzzy Cute to Fucking Crap in no time. Are we actually witnessing Cheerleader 'Ho Carmen punching [the floating] Nancy Pelosi [head]? This is what passes for a publishable comic strip? I tried to cut this Chaka-Khan girl some slack with her big public lucky break courtesy of her ex-boyfriend's father. Good for her rah rah rah yay life and all that.
But punching the Speaker [elect] of the House? Is that really what she wants to get involved with?
Not that -- I hope -- she had anything to do with 'writing' the action. That's pure Stantis. When push comes to shove, when you're staring the Liberal Menace square in the face, when "San Francisco Values" will soon blanket the country, the only way to combat it is some good ole fashioned Alabama Values heeeeeeeeeeee haw. "Let's rumble, ya'all. You brung Civil Rights? I brung a fire hose. You brung a minimum wage raise? I brung a billy club. You brung reason and accountability? I done brung my fist."

I don't think it's a coincidence that he waited until he had a girl doing the strip that he went with this story. Nothing like having a girl fight your fight for you, right Stantis? Especially when it's a fight with an elderly grandmother.
Can anyone think of a liberal strip that featured its main character bitch slapping a conservative female leader?

Dennis Hastert will not be 65 until January 2, and his biography makes no mention of grandchildren. That's why no one cuts him slack for being an elderly grandfather - he isn't one.

Of course he's a pussy--he "hurt" his arm and has to have his son's ex-girlfriend draw his strip. For which he is not likely paying her. For a strip for which he prolly makes almost six figures (does he still have to split 50/50 with syndicate?)

Has nobody noticed how the Giant Floating Nancy Pelosi Head hasn't actually DONE anything to Carmen? The girl just saw the head, initiated the "send me through puberty" transformation, and proceeded to whale on it with her feather-things. If Carmen is going to attack the avatar of the Speaker of the House, can't we have the avatar breathe fire or spit at her or even say something threatening?
In a way, this comic sums up every attack on Pelosi I've seen from the right. They just seem to assume that everyone must view her as a threat without bothering to say what the threat is.
