Stepping In It
Donkeys and elephants in HD, technology-phobe.

But truly, at long last, a true and proper representation of the Prickly City comic strip: it's full of crap.*
*An alternative correct representation was presented in the March, 2005 strips concerning Terri Schiavo, in which the nature of Prickly City as limp and brain-dead was communicated.

I honestly had no clue what today's strip was about for five minutes. Is it supposed to be crap? Where are the smell lines?
In other news, Air America did file for bankruptcy, but it's because of a deal with an early creditor and they're going to stay on the air until they get things worked out. But I wanted to point out that this is the ONLY time Stantis has actually been ahead of the times, but only because he didn't wait for it to actually happen.

Good site! I stumbled upon you while googling to figure out this smithereens/prickly city connection. My main hatred these days, aside from the art, writing and philosophy of the strip, is how Winslow - supposedly the "dissenting" voice - is often asking questions like "How come the Democrats can't come up with new ideas, Carmen??" I finally realized that it's not a dialogue between an conservative (Carmen) and a liberal (Winslow), it's a conversation between an arch-conservative and a moderate conservative.
