All the wacky and plentiful Winslow-tries-to-fly strips from the last year and-a-half...it's all been a long, slow set-up for Stantis to have this moment of quiet introspection when he questions his values, his choices, the very fabric of his CORE BELIEFS.
Or something like that.

So does anyone else think the strip would have been better if Winslow had been wearing a Wile E. Coyote style "ACME Batman Suit"?

I'm right there with you Mysterio - and the kicker should have been that he was already flying (maybe in a little Acme helicopter machine), not waiting for take off.
But I'm sure somehow this is the fault of the liberals.
