From Monkey to Man
Well, well, well. Scott seemingly doesn't like the results of our world from the last time the monkeys were in charge. I guess I can't really blame him. We've evolved from knuckle-dragging, blood-thirsty, hairy apes into blood-thirsty, hairy apes that don't drag their knuckles as much.
But I suppose Scott's disappointment is the very fact we DID evolve. Maybe if cats roamed this earth prior to Man, evolution wouldn't have happened. The only way Man (and Woman) could have come about would have been through alien visitation...er...uh, I mean: intelligent design.
TEACH THE CONTROVERSY! Pass it on.

I for one, welcome our new spaghetti-monster overlord (now that I know he exists). My only question, in regard to teaching the controversy, is whether the instructors, in the course of teaching intelligent design, will also be teaching the flaws in that theory? This would only stand to reason, if such is to be allowed, that if the instructors are teaching what flaws are present in the theory of evolution as the Pro-I.D. cabal want, i.e. teaching the controversy, that in order to be on equal footing they would also be required to teach what flaws lie in the I.D. theory. I am also in favor, should they open up the teaching of multiple theories of (for lack of proper awakedness) "how we got here", of the strong placement of one of my favorite childhood theories of HWGH, the Sacred Narrative of Lakshmi, as well as, you know, the Spaghetti Monster theory.
